Syn-Tech Ltd. was founded in 1968 on the principle that every unique design requires a uniquely designed lubricant. For more than 50 years, we have worked hand-in-hand with design engineers from all industries to formulate and manufacture unique lubricants, based on the customer’s component design objectives, that will improve reliability and extend operating life.
Market Experience In 1968, Syn-Tech focused primarily on the aerospace industry. In the 1970's Syn-Tech started formulating and manufacturing premium synthetic lubricants for the automotive industry, where we still maintain long-standing relationships with OEMs and Tier 1’s around the world. Today, we also work with design engineers from a broad range of industries, including agriculture, forestry, industrial machinery, marine, medical, recreational and food, where we offer NSF-certified H1 and H2 lubricants.

We aim to formulate lubricants that work the first time to reduce customer testing time. Our engineers can also pre-screen lubricant functionality on the customer's parts before sample submission. We can also conduct plastic and elastomer compatibility screening at no charge.
Research and Development. At Syn-Tech, quality is based on how well a lubricant functions in a customer’s component. We use a variety of chemical and tribological tests on each lubricant to ensure it meets temperature and load requirements, is fortified for harsh operating environments, and meets or extends the operating life of the component. Manufacturing. Quality and manufacturing go hand-in-hand. We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality product. Incoming raw material, in-process, and finished product testing procedures are under the direct supervision of our Quality Department. Internal quality standards, customer specifications, and the requirements of ISO 9001 guide Syn-Tech Ltd. Currently, we have the capacity to manufacture 1.6 million pounds (one shift) of grease annually.
Packaging. From totes to pillow packs, we’ll package lubricants to meet your needs. Bulk packaging options include totes, drums and pails. For automated dispensing, we offer cartridges and syringes with a variety of dispensing nozzles. Manual and single-use dispensers include cartridges, syringes, jars, squeezable tubes, plastic bottles with applicator tips, and Saran™ single-use packs (5ML - 30ML) with various tear-off tips.
Private Labeling. Using your artwork and local printers, Syn-Tech can package and label products that are ready to ship directly to your customers. We also can package in generic containers for customers who want to apply labels in-house.
All of our products are also available for private labeling for field service kits, distributors, or for customers who want to market and sell their own brand of lubricants.
